PT Workshop Series: Olympic Lifting

- DescriptionCurious about Olympic lifts but not sure where to start? This hands-on workshop, led by a certified personal trainer with expertise in weightlifting technique, will introduce you to the fundamentals of the snatch and the clean & jerk—the two powerful, full-body lifts at the heart of Olympic lifting.
You’ll learn proper technique, positioning, and movement patterns through guided instruction and drills designed to build strength, mobility, and confidence. Emphasis will be placed on safety, form, and developing a solid foundation that can carry over into athletic training or general fitness.
Whether you're looking to add variety to your workouts, improve your explosiveness, or eventually train at a more advanced level, this workshop will give you the tools to get started the right way.
No prior experience required—just a willingness to learn, move, and challenge yourself in a supportive environment.
