SMART Recovery is an REBT (Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy)-based psychosocial support group and self-help program that provides its members with tools and support that they can use to help them recover from addictions- like disordered eating and exercise! SMART Recovery is designed to help you overcome your problems by helping enhance motivation for change, coping with urges to give in to disordered eating or exercise behaviors, managing uncomfortable thoughts, feelings, or behaviors, and living a more balanced life.
