Maybe you're in a certain class or student organization where you want to share your thoughts, but feel as if your opinion isn't as "good" as someone else's. We've all had experiences where we feel inferior—we're human and it's normal to feel that. This phenomenon is commonly known as "imposter syndrome", and it's an experience no one is immune to. Learning how to combat imposter syndrome requires working through it, which we can do through exploring our unique leadership approach.
