- DescriptionJoin us for the Mindfulness Series at your library, happening Tuesdays from Sept. 10 to Oct. 1, from 6-6:45 p.m. in Randall Hall, Retreat at Randall, room 2016. Space is limited and registration is required. All supplies are provided.
Take a break, relax, and reconnect with yourself. Each week features a different mindfulness activity to help reduce stress and support your well-being.
Sept 10 | Mindful EatingSlow down and explore how food tastes, feels, and connects with your body.
Sept 17 | Mindful PaintingUnwind with rock, shell, or canvas painting. No art experience needed!
Sept 24 | Mindful EnergyLearn about Reiki and how to shift your energy for emotional balance and calm.
Oct 1 | Mindful TeaSip and relax with a guided tea-making experience to help you stay present.
