The Office of Military Affairs invites the campus and community to recognize and celebrate veterans and military-affiliated students with an array of events (Nov. 7-11).

The celebration kicks off with a high-impact landing by an elite all-veteran parachute team (All Veteran Group) on Friday, Nov. 7 at 7:45 a.m. on the university’s intramural fields. The parachute jump is a tribute to courage, camaraderie and the enduring spirit of those who have served.

Following the parachute landing, The Fitness Expo will feature veteran-themed fitness demonstrations and interactive challenges designed to engage participants of all abilities. All Seahawk family and friends are invited to walk in a parade downtown on Saturday and attend the annual Veterans Day ceremony on Tuesday at the UNCW Amphitheater.
